You head up the front of the business, leading a team of passionate team members to deliver experiences that delight.You champion the spirit and values of St Austell Brewery, inspiring those around you and setting a glowing example for them to follow.Closely monitoring your team’s performance to provide praise, constructive feedback, and nurture talent.Oversee all aspects of finance and admin procedures with ease. No detail goes unchecked.Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.Recognise when team members need help and provide support where needed.Demonstrate natural leadership, communicate brilliantly with your team, and delegate to hit and exceed targets.Maintain high standards by acting on customer feedback and adapting as needed.Thrives under pressure during peak season and understands the importance of effective communication and listening.What We Offer In Return
