Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their Leicester-based team.Key Responsibilities for this Senior Building Surveyor role:Lead and manage building surveying projects within the Education sector from inception through to completion.Deliver a range of professional services including condition surveys, dilapidations, defects analysis, and planned maintenance programmes.Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work in line with client requirements and industry standards.Manage contract administration duties, including tendering, valuations, variations, and final accounts.Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Undertake site inspections and monitor works on site to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and health and safety standards.Support and mentor junior surveyors, contributing to their professional development.Keep up to date with building regulations, compliance requirements, and best practice within the Education ..... full job details .....
