Ideally located for holidaymakers and business travellers alike, the pub also offers comfortable accommodation in the form of 14 en-suite bedrooms. Situated on a key road, and just a mile from the beach, the Shah of Persia has strong year round trade. The pub has a

very strong reputation and high guest satisfaction scores, and is known locally for its strong quiz and bingo nights mid-week, and key trading of food on Sundays.

Currently averaging £24,000 per week in sales with a sales mix of; £9k Wet , £11k Dry ,and £4k on Rooms. With the strong Senior team already in place, there is scope within this business to grow food and drink sales even further. We are looking for a passionatecommunity operator who has the vision to drive this business forward!Management accommodation is not available at this site, in lieu of this- we are offering a £7,500 live out allowance.
