Line Supervisor
This role is with a Blue Chip Global Food Organisation, therefore previous experience in line production management (preferably within the food industry) and line supervision is required for this role. 4 on 2 off shift: 5.45am-3.15pm The Role: Ensure product meets specification and that Food Safety objectives are attained in accordance with company policies Organisation of staff, including Agency Staff to rotas and budgets, ensuring shifts are covered exceed production targets Compilation of management reports, HandS reports including BRC, Soil Association and Company policies Attending and presenting at Management meetings Use of SAP System to facilitate the effective flow of product through production to dispatch Ensuring production targets are achieved and customer specifications are met Collation of orders before dispatch and loading vehicles as per load plans Effective housekeeping to ensure HandS and all areas are clear, clean and well maintained Continually monitor production orders to maintain production flow-through Covering for the production controller in their absence Maintain Food Hygiene standards at all times 31 Days Holiday a year Free Parking on-site Immediate Start - Permanent Position Free Fruit to eat while at work. ..... full job details .....
