• Qualified Teacher Status from either a Primary or Secondary background with SEN experience.
• Challenging behaviour is commonplace and a calm, understanding teacher who can assert themselves will be required.
• There is plenty of support including several LSA''s in each class plus an excellent leadership team who offer ongoing CPD.
