We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join a well-established team within a commercial building environment in Liverpool street. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and safe working practices at all times.Key Responsibilities:Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on building services and equipmentCarrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial facilitiesSupporting mechanical maintenance tasks where requiredEnsuring all works are completed in line with health and safety standardsResponding to call-outs as part of a rotaCall-Out:1 in 3 call-out rota£100 standby payment for being on call (additional payments as applicable)Requirements:Strong electrical engineering background (electrical bias essential)Multi-skilled with mechanical competenceRelevant engineering qualifications (NVQ / City and Guilds or equivalent)Previous experience within a commercial building or FM environment preferredHours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Salary: Up to £45,000 ..... full job details .....
