Your transferable skills, empathy, and passion for helping children are just as important as formal school experience.This role offers the chance to make a real difference, supporting children with special educational needs in their learning, social development, and daily routines.Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN. Assist with classroom activities, ensuring children can engage with learning. Support children s social, emotional, and behavioural development. Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. Collaborate with teachers, SENCo, and other staff to implement individual support plans.
