Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we recognise that an outstanding Head Chef is the main ingredient in our successful kitchen.You will lead the team to deliver an outstanding menu by training, motivating, and encouraging your team to be the best they can whilst maintaining an efficient operation, supervising and running the kitchen and adhering to all health and safety legislation.You will oversee food ordering, stock control, food preparation and the delivery of all kitchen operations, you will work closely with the Group Executive chef to ensure all standards are met and maintained.
