Due to team growth, we are looking for a Legal Administrator that is ready to take on an exciting, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be key in responding to solicitors\'' leasehold enquiries, keeping everything running smoothly, and supporting essential legal and admin tasks. With Encore, you will make a real impact in residential property management!What You’ll Be Doing
Leasehold Enquiries:
You’ll create and update information packs, process solicitor requests, and assist with Land Registry tasks.Customer Service and Admin:
Be the friendly face (or voice) that liaises with solicitors, estate agents, residents, and financial advisors. Keep everything on track in our property management system.Company Secretarial Duties:
You’ll help with filing important documents, issuing share certificates, and maintaining our company secretarial records.Sub-letting Admin:
Stay on top of sub-letting notices and consent processes with ease.General Office Support:
From mail merges to keeping the office environment running.What You’ll Bring
Experience:
1+ years of general admin experience (great if it’s property or legal-related but not a necessity!).Skills:Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Top-notch organisational skills with a flair for time management and multitasking.Proficient in Microsoft Office (bonus points for Qube experience!).A keen sense of commercial savvy – always keeping value for money in mind.Personal Traits:You’re responsible, thorough, and always ready to take ownership of tasks.You’ve got an eye for detail and can juggle multiple projects.A positive, can-do attitude that brings a little sunshine to the team!Why Encore?
