If you''re skilled with two-way radio systems and enjoy hands-on work across varied sites, this role will keep you challenged and progressing. What You''ll Be Doing Installing and commissioning TETRA, P25, DMR, UHF/VHF and analogue systems Deploying antennas, repeaters, base stations, combiners and RF hardware Performing RF testing, diagnostics and coverage checks Working with IP-based radio infrastructure, dispatch consoles, routers and gateways Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance Producing accurate site reports and documentation Supporting clients directly while ensuring all safety standards are met What You''ll Bring Strong experience with two-way radio systems Solid understanding of RF principles and system architecture Field-based installation and commissioning background Proficiency with RF test equipment Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics Great problem-solving skills + full UK driving licence Willingness to travel to client sites Nice-to-Haves Basic IP networking knowledge Experience with Motorola / Sepura / Hytera / Tait equipment CSCS/ECS card RF safety cert Working at height certifications Benefits Competitive salary + overtime Company vehicle or allowance Training ..... full job details .....
