We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV 2 (C) Hiab Drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating an HGV 2 (C) Hiab vehicle for our clients, based in Gorton who work with railway contractors. this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in driving HGV 2 Hiab (C) vehicles. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to safety. 

This is a temporary position 

Duties

• Safely operate a HGV 2 Hiab (C) lorry in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including adherence to driving hours regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV 2 Hiab (C) driving license with a clean driving record 
• Hold a Valid Hiab Licenses
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisational skills and reliability

These pay rates are PAYE

Day Hiab Driver Pay - £17ph basic overtime after 8hrs £25.50ph

Night Hiab Driver Pay - £18ph basic overtime after 8hrs £27ph

Weekend Driver Pay £19ph basic overtime after 8hrs £28.50ph
