CRM Specialist / Technical Business AnalystCentral London x 1 per week (Wednesday)6 - 8 week contractImmediate start preferred We are seeking a CRM Specialist / Technical Business Analyst to lead a short-term discovery project for a government-funded, independent body providing legal advice to leaseholders. The role:This role involves leading a technical review of the organisation''s current CRM system to determine whether it should be optimised or replaced. The assessment will be vendor-agnostic and evidence-based, with no pre-selected platforms or suppliers. It requires someone comfortable working in a lean environment, able to operate autonomously, adapt quickly, and bring hands-on experience from similar small business or non-profit settings.
