Experience partnering in a cross-functional environment and working with others collaboratively (e.g. data science, finance, marketing, etc.).Experience in Investigative or GTM roles in fields like management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy and StratOps roles.Demonstrated track record in successfully managing ambitious, strategic, and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fluid industry, navigate significant ambiguity, influence executive stakeholders, and demonstrate problem-solving and thought leadership with limited oversight.Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to deliver insights and recommendations for business direction and priorities.About the job

Own and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives for Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS). Identify and structure business problems and effectively communicate core issues. Gather data and conduct analyses supporting in-going hypotheses and generate actionable insights.Engage and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners, obtain buy-in for potential solutions, adapt messaging and suggested recommendations based on feedback.Develop recommendations and translate them to projects and initiatives.Drive execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously, preempt and resolve potential issues and concerns.Communicate, engage and collaborate with partners across Google, ranging from Product Areas (PAs), cross functional partners, working team members and executive leadership.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
