Cover Supervisor - Bromley

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dependable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Bromley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people.

Role Overview:
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absence
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged and focused
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on class progress and behaviour
- Support students in their learning while maintaining a calm and safe environment

What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Confident, flexible, and professional approach
- Experience working with young people (school, tutoring, youth work, or similar)
- Educated to A-Level or degree level (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
