This opportunity has arisen due to business growth and a replacement requirement.This is an excellent role for a highly skilled mechanic with strong engine rebuild experience who is looking for a stable, long-term position within a respected and growing company.The role will primarily focus on engine rebuilding, which will account for approximately 70% of the workload. The remaining 30% will involve general servicing, brake work, and other mechanical repairs.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete full engine rebuilds, including disassembly, inspection, and reassemblyCarry out timing belt and timing chain replacementsDiagnose engine faults and mechanical issuesPerform general servicing and maintenanceCarry out brake repairs and replacementsMaintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safety Candidate RequirementsProven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Engine BuilderExtensive engine rebuild experience is essentialStrong mechanical and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, professional, and quality-focused approachFormal qualifications are not essential; demonstrable experience is highly valued Salary - 35k to 55k Basic Depending on Experience plus overtime Monday to Friday 8 am-6 pm; Saturday ..... full job details .....
