The Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Key Stage 1 Phase Leader to join a vibrant and forward-thinking school. This full-time role includes class responsibility for a Year 2 class, alongside leading and supporting a strong team of colleagues.

The successful candidate will play a key role in mentoring and supporting staff through:

• Mentoring and coaching
• Co-teaching opportunities
• Book looks and lesson observations
• Phase planning and staff development

You will help shape the teaching and learning culture across Key Stage 1, supporting colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.

The Person

We are looking for:

• A UPS1 or experienced Teacher andnbsp;with significant middle leadership experience, ideally as a subject leader in Maths or English
• A strong, confident classroom practitioner
• Someone with the ability to inspire, lead and support a team of teachers
• A candidate with a track record of improved outcomes
• A proactive and positive leader who is confident in navigating organisational change
