Supply Desk is seeking to appoint dynamic and enthusiastic Primary Class Teachers across the Bicester area. As a valued member of our team, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and the ability to create a positive, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.

About the Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive behaviour and mutual respect
• Use a range of assessment methods to inform planning and identify next steps in learning
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to pupils to support their progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Previous experience teaching in UK Primary Schools is required
• Must hold, or be willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS certificate
• A genuine passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact is essential
• Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
