Supply Desk is seeking to appoint dynamic and enthusiastic Primary Class Teachers across the Bicester area. As a valued member of our team, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and the ability to create a positive, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.
About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive behaviour and mutual respect
- Use a range of assessment methods to inform planning and identify next steps in learning
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to pupils to support their progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Previous experience teaching in UK Primary Schools is required
- Must hold, or be willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS certificate
- A genuine passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact is essential
