With over 170 branches nationwide my client is one of the largest, Independent, agencies.They are looking to add an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to their team in Bexleyheath.The RoleAs a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the team. ?This includes generating and booking viewings, negotiating offers, managing tenancy applications, and delivering outstanding customer service to landlords, tenants, Vendors and Buyers alike.Key ResponsibilitiesRegistering and qualifying prospective tenants/BuyersArranging and conducting property viewingsArranging and conducting ValuationsNegotiating tenancy terms and securing lettings agreementsNegotiating offers and tying up SalesManaging the Lettings application processBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, Vendors and BuyersAdvising landlords and Vendors on market trends and achieving the best possible income/priceAssisting with property marketing, including online listings and social media promotionEnsuring all processes comply with current legislation and company policiesThe Ideal CandidateProven experience as Negotiator, ideally in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skillsA proactive and customer-focused approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA full UK driving licence and own carHours Of work Hours are 8.45 - 6pm Monday to Friday9 - 5 Saturdays, with one day off in the week5 day working weekPackage on offer Basic salary ..... full job details .....
