An excellent EL/PL team in Manchester is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to handle a rewarding mix of multi-track and serious injury EL/PL cases. As an EL/PL Fee Earner, you will: Manage a caseload of EL/PL files, including multi-track and some serious injury claims, from pre-litigation through to trial.Liaise with insurers, clients and third parties to progress matters efficiently.Draft key legal documents, from settlement correspondence to witness statements and instructions to experts.Review medical reports, issue court proceedings, and meet limitation deadlines.Maintain strong client relationships through clear, regular communication.Keep up to date with relevant regulatory and legal developments.
