We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service and the ability to deliver a consistent value for money offer for our visitors, along with managing our dedicated visitor catering staff team. The role will include overseeing and managing the product range, seasonal menus and ensuring compliance for licensing, food hygiene and health and safety standards. To ensure the continued success of the Visitor Retail Catering operation you must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. Normal working hours will be scheduled between (Apply online only) worked 5 out of 7 days. Occasional event evenings may be required.
