We are young, ambitious, and dynamic company and offer an exciting experience for motivated candidates.What we are looking for:You are naturally flexible and can adapt to working in a small company environment with the additional responsibilities this brings.As a Shift Reception Leader you will be responsible for the smooth running of the shift at the Front Desk. Throughout your shift, you will complete general reception duties, allocate rooms best suitable for each guest and ensure that payment procedures are followed.Main responsibilities of the Shift Leader include, but are not limited to:Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, in compliance with departmental Standard of Procedures (SOPs) and hotel service standards aspects.Following and completing front desk daily tasksAnswering reservations requests by e-mail and phoneAnswering to guests requests, serving guests food and drink in the loungeOffering guests concierge servicesConverting business into direct business and upsellingEnsure the shift is well managed by communicating with Front Office Manager, Houskeeping and MaintenanceThe ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has good interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, a professional and welcoming personality and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of MEWS PMS is a plus.We are searching for a candidate with previous hotel reception experience.
