Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bridgend. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of housing projects, including new build developments, refurbishments and ongoing maintenance contracts. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of cost control from project inception through to completion Prepare and evaluate tender submissions and contract documentation Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements Work closely with site teams, clients, and stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in housing (new build and/or maintenance) Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar) What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package including car or allowance and expenses Career progression and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Diverse project exposure ..... full job details .....
