Our client is looking for a Head of Network Operations who combines strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership to keep our cutting-edge energy assets performing at their best. About the Role As the driving force behind the Network Operations Centre, you ll take ownership of ensuring our clients EV charging network, solar farms, and BESS assets run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role ,you ll be right there alongside your team solving complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues, optimising asset performance, and driving continuous improvement through data, technology, and innovation. You ll partner closely with field service teams, lead key relationships with charger manufacturers, and own the full PandL for network operations. Your focus: reliability, efficiency, and innovation.
