Providing strong leadership and support to the care team, fostering a culture of excellence. Delivering high-quality, child-centred care tailored to individual needs. Maintaining and enhancing the home''s Ofsted rating through best practice. Overseeing safeguarding, risk management, and care planning processes. Collaborating with external agencies, families, and professionals to secure positive outcomes for young people. Ensuring all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards are met.What you''ll bring: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards). Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager within children''s residential care. Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes.
