This modern, high-profile clinic supports a range of medical specialties including General Practice, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, and Psychology. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless patient journeys and supporting a team of leading clinicians.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional, and efficient service at all times.Manage clinical diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient visits to ensure smooth and timely patient flow.Prepare and send letters, reports, and other forms of medical correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.Maintain confidential and well-organised patient records.Support and refine administrative processes to help the clinic operate smoothly and efficiently.Work collaboratively with clinicians and administrative colleagues to uphold high standards of patient care.Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a Front of House or medical administrative role, ideally within private healthcare or another patient-facing environment.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.A warm and confident communication ..... full job details .....
