Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing, forward-thinking interior fit outs construction business, who are currently on the look out for a-Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for-managing the costs and contracts related to commercial-interior fit-out projects up to -5m in value.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar fit out business.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally, Construction Management.
• Strong understanding of materials, pricing and contracts.
• Nice to have, RICS/CIOB membership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, contracts-and variations
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor costs, forecast spend and ensure profitability
• Collaborate with design and PM teams
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation.
• Negotiate and manage the financial implications of design or scope changes.
