We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled

Chef de Partie

to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will take ownership of a specific section and work closely with senior chefs to ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities

Run and manage your assigned section with precision and efficiency

Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with the restaurants recipes and presentation standards

Support and mentor junior staff within your section

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and health and safety standards in your area

Assist with stock control, ordering, and stock rotation

Communicate effectively with the brigade to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Be proactive in suggesting improvements to menus and kitchen procedures

Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality or fine dining environment

Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards (HACCP)

Passion for Italian cuisine and premium ingredients

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

A flexible and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow

Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
