To be successful with your application, you''ll need to show that you meet the following essential criteria:

Knowledge and Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in finance and treasury, including leading multi-functional teams, operating in regulated environments, and managing in-house payroll delivery.

Skills: A strategic, solutions-focused leader with strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills, and the resilience to thrive in complex, fast-paced settings.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience, demonstrating high integrity, professionalism, and alignment with organisational values.
