Working-in-a-partner-led-team-you-would-typically-be-part-team-covering-a-wide-variety-ofclients,-andgain-exposure-to-diverse-types-of-industry-sectors..-Duties-will-include:

Financial-modelling-/-cashflow-forecasts

• Producing-and-appraising-business-plans-and-financial-budgets
• Business-valuations
• Acquirer-/-target-research
• Producing-sales-memoranda-
• Financial-due-diligence-reviews-on-behalf-of-buyers-/-investors-including-detailed-analysis-of-key-financial-indicators
• Liaising-with-management-teams-and-other-key-stakeholders-to-ensure-efficient-delivery-of-services-

You-will-also-be-responsible-for-the-management-of-CF-executives.-There-is-a-fast-track-to-partnership-available-in-the-role

The-salary-on-offer-is-up-to-70k,-dependent-upon-experience-,-plus-bonus.-The-ideal-candidate-MUST-be-north-west-based-and-ideally-have-2-to-3-year-experience-in-a-Corporate-Finance-Team.-
