This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who have a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will play a vital role in providing tailored support, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students to achieve their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs, both in and outside the classroom.Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Support students in overcoming barriers to learning, using positive behaviour strategies and interventions.Promote the emotional well-being and social development of students.Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.Help students build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.Observe and record students'' progress and behaviours, contributing to regular reports and reviews.Who We Are Looking For We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with SEMH challenges.
