to join its high-performing in-house legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work across

strategic, high-value technology and outsourcing deals

that are shaping digital transformation on a global scale.The Role:You’ll be trusted to lead on key IT services transactions, support commercial and contractual delivery, and guide stakeholders through complex deal lifecycles. The role also includes strategic input on distressed accounts, pre-litigation commercial disputes, and mentoring within the team.Key Responsibilities:Lead negotiations on major IT services contractsManage live agreements and contractual performanceProvide input on contract resets, rebaselining, and issue resolutionSupport training, know-how, and innovation initiatives within LegalUK qualified solicitor (2–4 PQE) with experience in

commercial contracts and/or IT/outsourcing deals
