The company is based in the Sunbury-on-Thames area.Job Description:-Ensure work is undertaken and actioned from start to finish on all GB/EU Roadfreight. Assist with Export Air and SeafreightBooking shipmentsProvide High level of Customer service and ensure client specific requirements are metCommunicate with hauliers on a daily basisCommunicate with Foreign partners / Suppliers on a daily basisCreate Transport, collection and delivery notes.Quoting clients depending on serviceInvoicingAssist with queries, claims and other general enquiriesData and POD entryEnsure all appropriate shipping documentation is obtained for clearance processes to be arranged for a timely and accurate crossing over the channels.Skills Required:-Export Roadfreight experienceAbility to work in fast paced and dynamic environmentAbility to work unsupervisedExcellent attention to detailProactive and PragmaticConfident and well organisedWorking hours are Monday - Friday As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
