Responsibilities include conducting both reactive and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to uphold quality and availability standards. Safety is paramount; thus, securing equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and conducting risk assessments are critical duties. Monitoring plant performance to pre-empt failures and maintaining cleanliness are also key tasks. Collaboration with supervisors, contributing to improvement initiatives, and participating in project discussions are expected. Additionally, the position requires electrical support during shutdowns, ensuring shift coverage, and flexibility to undertake various tasks as needed by management.
