In this role you will receive all of the tools to help you to deliver high standards of specialist care while also being an advocate for the patient. You will be able to ensure all of their medical, physical and emotionally needs are met by communicating effectively with them and their families.This is a great opportunity to make a significant difference to the patients, unit and ultimately the wider organisation.
