Director of Change & Business Operations

Overview
The Director of Change and Business Operations will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and operational excellence at King. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, leading change initiatives, shaping operational strategies, and ensuring alignment across functions. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Director will oversee business operations, guide integration projects, and mentor teams to embed efficient, scalable, and sustainable ways of working across the company. You’ll report to the VP, Business Operations and be dedicated to King, working within the Business Operations Team.Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee organisational change projects within King.Manage the Business Operations team and oversee operational decisions across King. Assist the VP, Business Operations in setting an operations strategy.Co-ordinate and lead projects both across the Business Operations team remit (E.g., Events, IT, Org change, Workplace) and King projectsClosely partner with Workplace on Company real estate projects and day-to-day operational decisions.Improve knowledge management, including the King.com external website, Kingfluence internal resource, Job Descriptions, SharePoint etc.Manage and develop central King policies and proceduresMSFT Integration: Help PM integration projects as we continue to harmonize some of our products, tools and teams to MSFT standards.Lead, manage and mentor a team of EA’s across the businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, department leads, and employees.Skills to create thrills
Previous experience working in business operationsDemonstrable organisational change successExperience of hands-on programme managementA proven team leader and people managerGreat communication skills across various stakeholdersDetail-oriented and organizedIntegration / Enablement experience a plusAbout King
