Provide real-time technical support for creative and technical crews in the fieldServe as a bridge between production workflows and technical systems, ensuring that equipment, networks, and data pipelines operate flawlessly from pre-production through deliveryProvide onboarding and technical training to production crewDeliver real-time support for video village, camera connectivity, and data wrangling workflowsAssist in setting up editing suites, color grading stations, and post-production environmentsRequired Experience

3+ years in an on-set technical support or DIT-assist role for film, TV, or commercial productionStrong understanding of professional cinema camera systems (ARRI, RED, Sony, Canon) and associated media formatsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditionsProficiency with media storage and transfer tools (NAS/SAN, Aspera, Signiant, Frame.io, etc.)Working knowledge of IP networking, routing/switching, and network security basicsExperience supporting macOS and Windows environmentsDetails
