About The Role
As an in-house marketer, you will be reporting directly to a fractional CMO to help deliver on the marketing strategy. This is a brilliant opportunity for a content-driven marketing generalist looking to grow in their role. From launching new features, managing the CRM (Hubspot) email flows, creating content, launching campaigns, and new features — you will have a lot of autonomy and ownership to develop content and campaigns to drive business pipeline and build strong relationships with the community. This role will suit a T-shaped marketer with content/PMM or CRM background who is open to operating across the entire marketing discipline. While this is a full-time role, we know flexibility matters. For the right candidate, we’re open to alternative working arrangements — for example, flexible hours, or candidates looking to work 4 days a week. What’s most important to us is impact and contribution, not rigid schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Visual content production: LinkedIn carousels, product videos, newsletters, blogs and other marketing materials
Setting up email flows and CRM management (Hubspot)
Coordinate with freelancers and influencers to deliver projects
Work closely with sales, customer success and product to deliver new product launches: messaging and promotional materials
Campaigns — both paid and organic via PPC, LinkedIn, partnerships and influencer marketing
Delivering the quarterly marketing plan to drive new business
Setting up processes, tracking and reporting to help grow the marketing function
Experiment with new channels and approaches to help generate leads and drive enterprise relationships
About You
5+ years of experience in a marketing role with proven impact on pipeline growth
You have experience in launching new products, created and executed content strategy or delivered other marketing activities
B2B SaaS for both SMB and Enterprise level
You are an excellent writer and understand what makes great content that resonates with the target audience and drives business growth
You are organised, detail-oriented and open to creating new processes to help business efficiency
