— a cross-disciplinary team at the cutting edge of architectural geometry, simulation, and design technology.As part of a collaborative and research-driven environment, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how complex geometry, simulation tools, and digital design processes influence architectural projects — from concept to construction.What You’ll Be Doing

Develop advanced methodologies for digital design, modelling, and simulationSupport project teams at every stage: design, documentation, fabrication, and constructionDrive innovation through research into emerging modelling tools and technologiesPromote and implement SMG-developed workflows across project teamsLiaise with ICT and digital teams to ensure efficient systems integrationStay ahead of trends in CAD, BIM, and computational designUphold Foster + Partners standards and contribute to a culture of inclusion, equity, and innovationWhat We’re Looking For

Degree or diploma in architecture, design technology, engineering, or a related fieldLegal eligibility to work in the UK (or the role’s location)Expertise in one or more of the following: computational design, environmental analysis, advanced geometry, BIM, parametric modelling, or animationHigh proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, Dynamo, Microstation, CATIA/Digital Project, Generative ComponentsDeep understanding of 3D workflows, geometry, and digital fabrication in the built environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skillsHighly organised, proactive, and resilient under pressureBenefits include 25 days holiday, pension, annual bonus and much more!Seniority level
