This role is ideal for someone passionate about manufacturing processes and supply chain management, or someone looking to learn the world of production. Day-to-day of the role:Goods In / Goods Out: Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods including blocking, putting away, and returning items.Sampling and Blending: Participate in the sampling and blending processes as required.Stock Control: Conduct cycle-counting and replenishment activities to ensure inventory accuracy.Packing: Handle canning of liquids (25kg and above), equipment cleaning, palletisation, and labelling.Documentation: Compile and generate necessary documentation such as checklists, manifests, and handle dangerous goods with compliance.Shipping Coordination: Use supplier, freight, and partner websites to book shipments, and record and report any discrepancies like short or damaged deliveries.Required Skills and Qualifications:Capable of efficiently picking, packing, labelling, and handling shipments.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths ..... full job details .....
