You''ll play a vital role in producing high-quality welded assemblies across a range of materials, contributing to a collaborative and safety-focused production environment. Key Responsibilities: Weld components to a high standard using TIG processes, particularly on aluminium and stainless steel. Read and interpret engineering drawings to complete tasks accurately. Adhere to all welding procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. Maintain welding jigs, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a smooth production flow. Work independently or collaboratively to meet daily and weekly production targets. Support 5S and continuous improvement activities across the shop floor.
