Please see below an overview of the required duties: Liaising with external fund administrators on NAV reviews, corporate activity, financial reporting and fee calculationsReviewing investment agreements and assessing IFRS accounting treatmentPreparing technical accounting memos for significant or complex transactionsReviewing multi-layered waterfall models within co-investment structuresSupporting treasury activity across capital calls, distributions and liquidityCoordinating with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual auditsManaging periodic LP reporting requirementsContributing to financial analysis for ..... full job details .....
