Important to note Hours of work: 40 per week, 08:30am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday Location: E14, Canary Wharf Salary: Competitive, do be discussed during application process What you''ll be doing To support the Senior Property Accountant in maintaining the accounting records for their appointed schemes under management. To support the preparation of annual service charge budgets, the loading of these onto the property management system (Propman) and issuing demands to leaseholders. To reconcile service charge demands, including voids and freeholder liabilities, to budget to ensure completeness of income. To add new and existing leaseholder information, and adjustments, to Propman as required. To update and change any Service charge or Ground rent amounts relating to Property transfers and sales.
