Job Description:
- Deliverandnbsp;high-quality lessonsandnbsp;acrossandnbsp;EYFS, KS1, and KS2andnbsp;in the absence of class teachers
- Followandnbsp;pre-prepared plansandnbsp;while bringing your ownandnbsp;flair,andnbsp;energy, andandnbsp;classroom magic
- Foster aandnbsp;positive learning environmentandnbsp;where pupils feelandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;engaged, andandnbsp;motivated
- Adapt teaching to meet theandnbsp;diverse needsandnbsp;of learners and maintainandnbsp;excellent behaviour management
- Collaborate withandnbsp;teaching staff,andnbsp;support staff, andandnbsp;school leadersandnbsp;to ensure continuity and consistency
- Contribute to theandnbsp;school communityandnbsp;throughandnbsp;assemblies,andnbsp;clubs, orandnbsp;enrichment activitiesandnbsp;as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience acrossandnbsp;primary key stages (desirable but not essential)
- Beandnbsp;flexible,andnbsp;resilient, andandnbsp;quick-thinkingandmdash;ready to teach anything fromandnbsp;phonics to fractions
- Have strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;and aandnbsp;positive, proactive attitude
- Be confident buildingandnbsp;rapport with pupilsandnbsp;andandnbsp;adapting to different class dynamics
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;inclusive practice, andandnbsp;whole-child development
