The home is newly refurbished and set in a beautiful village location accessible from the A12.

Our client is looking for an experienced manager who thrives leading and inspiring a team to provide the best quality of care. As an expanding provider they can offer excellent opportunities for career growth and long term development.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home for older people
• Clinical Qualification desirable but not essential
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
• Experienced in quality management systems
• Proven track record in managing good rated care homes
• Excellent communication skills including IT literacy

Responsibilities

• Management of a medium sized nursing home
• Line management of Heads of Department
• Reporting into Regional Manager
• Lead on quality and compliance
• Management of recruitment, induction and supervision of care and support team
• Sales, marketing and promotion of the home to local community
• Liaising and working with relevant stakeholders

Remuneration:

• Salary c-75,000 depending on experience
• Very competitive bonus scheme with OTE of up to -100,000 per annum.
