The Head of IT provides senior leadership within IT and the organisation overall to inform and execute our strategy of providing a world class production workflow solution, deliver robust client and back-end infrastructure and ensure our services remain secure. This position oversees all the organisation’s IT services and business systems across the UK and Czech facilities ensuring they are fit for purpose, meet agreed upon SLAs and the people in team are developed, given room to grow.Be part of the global leadership team for IT representing the organisation’s IT across the sister businesses of District Photo and PrimaPMI.Inform and execute the IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectivesProvide leadership to the Infrastructure, Software Development, and Test/Release teams, fostering innovation and excellence.Develop the team members through coaching, providing mentoring and learning opportunities both at the company’s Head Office and offsite trainingPlanning and OrganisingCreate an aligned, well governed roadmap of technical delivery across infrastructure and local software development.
