Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and decision support for MUFG’s Securities and Banking divisions in EMEA. Key functions include:Connecting strategic plans with operational reality through budgets and forecasts.Partnering with the business to develop and update financial and operational plans.Monitoring performance via variance analysis and providing insights.Advising management on financial decisions and opportunities.Participating in projects on capital allocation, market research, organizational structure, and process optimization.Main Purpose of the Role:

We are offering a 12-month fixed-term contract for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder with a strong financial background. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models across our Securities International and Bank EMEA regions, requiring technical expertise and proven delivery of complex solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced Anaplan models for financial planning and analysis.Enhance existing models for better functionality and performance.Collaborate with IT and data teams for data integration and accuracy.Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Test, troubleshoot, and ensure model quality.Create documentation and train users.Follow Anaplan best practices for scalable and secure models.Skills and Experience:

2-5 years in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting.Experience designing large-scale Anaplan models from scratch.Strong knowledge of Anaplan architecture, formulas, dashboards, and integrations.Certifications: Level 1 and 2 Model Builder (Level 3 preferred).Analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Tableau or Power BI.Note: MUFG operates a hybrid work policy with 3 days in the office per week.
