We''re recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to join a respected Housing Association covering the South region. This role focuses on complex repairs, LDR (Legal Disrepair) cases, and damp & mould surveys, requiring a proactive and experienced professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed damp and mould inspections and produce accurate reports.
• Manage complex repair cases, including legal disrepair claims.
• Liaise with contractors, residents, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with housing standards and health & safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in property maintenance within social housing.
• Experience handling damp & mould issues and legal disrepair cases.
• Excellent diagnostic, reporting, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations and repair protocols.
