General Manager

The Role

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind its success – shaping the occupier and visitor experience, maximising commercial performance, and building a thriving community. You’ll:

Lead and inspire

a close-knit team across operations, marketing and administration.

Shape the future

– influencing tenant mix, events, campaigns, and ESG initiatives.

Deliver results

– balancing operational excellence with long-term asset value.

Represent the estate

with charisma and confidence – whether in front of media, tenants, or local authorities.

Be an ambassador

– the face of St Christopher’s Place for occupiers, stakeholders, and the wider London community.

About You

We’re looking for a proven leader with:

Strong experience in

retail, commercial, or mixed-use management .

Excellent

financial and operational acumen

(including managing a £1.85m service charge).

A natural ability to build partnerships – with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Energy, creativity, and confidence to

inspire, innovate and engage .

A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with

Brightbay and Starwood Capital

to deliver the estate’s long-term vision.
