SALARY: £28,000 plus commission and full benefits packageJOB TYPE: Permanent – Mon to Fri 37.5 hours per week (no weekends)Role Purpose
Achieve best possible customer outcomes to deliver Sales and Income targetsWork closely with all stakeholders as the Champion of Cold Calling Outbound sales activity for the cold calling campaignsDeliver against strategic objectives and quality measures.Optimise the current proposition and help develop our strategy to deliver the sales requirements from any cold calling campaigns we initiate by appropriate targeting and looking for any cross-sale opportunities.Provide accurate MI to internal and external Stakeholders to maximise all business opportunities.Be actively adaptable to new and existing business requirements driven through direct and intermediary sales channels including a variation of different tasks, campaigns and objectives to ensure our potential new customers receive the best service and appropriate outcome.Experience Required
Proven track record in sales and previous cold calling experience is essentialExcellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills are essential to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of products or services.Persuasion and Negotiation : Ability to persuade and negotiate with potential customers to achieve sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experienceResilience : Telemarketing can involve handling rejection and objections. A resilient attitude is crucial to bounce back from challenges and persistently pursue sales opportunitiesActive Listening : The ability to listen attentively to customers, understand their requirements, and tailor sales pitches accordinglyTime Management : Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls, efficiently prioritise tasks, and meet sales targetsAdaptability : The sales landscape can change quickly. Being adaptable and able to adjust strategies based on customer responses and market trends is importantCustomer Focus : Putting the customer first, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service are key components of successful telemarketingTeamwork : Collaborating with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and contribute to a positive team environmentBenefits
