This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer who is also comfortable carrying out mechanical maintenance within a fast-paced industrial environment.Working a 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous production.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond effectively to breakdowns to maximise plant uptimeEnsure machinery is returned to operation quickly and safely following faultsSupport long-term maintenance planning alongside the Engineering Team Manager (ETM)Perform routine maintenance on boilers and associated systemsMaintain and monitor pressure systems, including steam, condensate, and compressed airEnsure all plant is safely isolated for maintenance, cleaning, and contractor workIssue and manage Permits to Work and Isolation Certificates in line with proceduresAssist and supervise contractors on site when requiredAccurately record all maintenance activities using internal systems and logsReport and manage spare parts usage to ensure availability for future repairsMaintain high housekeeping standards across the sitePromote a "right first time" approach to ..... full job details .....
